Material Oozing or Leakage

If your printing material is oozing between raises or prints, it is likely that your Relief Pressure is set too high or your plunger's O-ring is missing or has failed. First, inspect the O-ring to insure it is properly in place and hasn't become swollen. If you need to replace it you can follow the steps in our NOVA Maintenance guide. If the O-ring looks good, then you’ll want to adjust the relief pressure before you try printing again.
This can be adjusted two ways. Either indirectly by running through the Calibrate workflow for your material again, or directly in the Check Flow step in the Dispense workflow.
