Windows 7, 8, 10, 11

macOS 10.14, 10.15 & macOS 11, 12, 13

We currently do not support macOS X 15 Sequoia We've identified that Apple has made some changes to the latest macOS version 15 Sequoia that affects how serial ports are handled and in turn, doesn't allow the V-One to run currently on that version. The V-One utilizes serial ports for handling all communication between the software and the printer. Therefore, we are currently recommending to not upgrade to macOS 15 Sequoia on any Mac computer that you plan on operating a V-One with. Our engineering team is currently investigating how to resolve this. We will provide updates when we have found a resolution. Please reach out to support@voltera.io if you have any questions.

Drivers

Windows 7

Before you install the V-One software it is important to install the printer drivers. Most connection issues experienced are because the wrong drivers are being used. Remember to install the drivers with administrator privileges.

Windows Drivers

Windows 8, 10

If you are using Windows 8, 10, or 11, the drivers will automatically download and install when you connect the V-One. There is no need to install a separate driver. If you find your V-One isn't being recognized by the software, try installing the Windows 7 drivers.

Mac OS

If you are using the latest MacOS, Apple’s native drivers should automatically work with the V-One out of the box. There is no need to install a separate driver.
