### Advisory for macOS X 15 Sequoia

Apple had made some changes to the first few versions of macOS 15 Sequoia that affects how serial ports we're handled and in turn, it didn't allow the V-One to connect properly to the software. This was resolved in more recent versions. So if you are on macOS 15 Sequoia, make sure you're on the latest version and your V-One should connect to the software as expect.\

### Drivers

#### Windows 7

Before you install the V-One software it is important to install the printer drivers. Most connection issues experienced are because the wrong drivers are being used. Remember to install the drivers with administrator privileges.

#### Windows 8, 10

If you are using Windows 8, 10, or 11, the drivers will automatically download and install when you connect the V-One. There is no need to install a separate driver. If you find your V-One isn't being recognized by the software, try installing the Windows 7 drivers.

#### Mac OS

If you are using the latest MacOS, Apple’s native drivers should automatically work with the V-One out of the box. There is no need to install a separate driver.
