This guide will take you through updating NOVAs firmware manually. Before beginning this guide you should have been in contact with our support team and received a custom firmware version.

Connect to NOVA
Connect to your device via device-name.myvoltera.io

Enter the gantry settings
Click on the Gantry Settings icon in the bottom left corner

Enter advanced mode
Press Shift + | to unlock advanced mode

Load the new firmware
Click on the Load File option in the Firmware section and select the Gantry.ion.hex file we provided.

Manual update
After loading the file, click on the Manual Update button.
NOVA will begin updating the firmware.
Once complete, you’ll be returned to the Gantry Settings.
Update Complete!
Congratulations, you have successfully updated NOVAs firmware!
