# Dispenser Motor Mount Replacement

## Before you begin

This guide will take you through replacing the motor mount on your NOVA smart dispenser. Before beginning this guide you should have been in contact with our support team and received replacement parts.

* T8 Torx Screwdriver

#### Parts you have received from Voltera:

* Motor mount

## Replace the motor mount

### Remove the dispenser motor

Separate the dispenser motor from the dispenser body.

### Remove the dispenser plunger

Manually rotate the motor counterclockwise with your thumb to push out the actuator until it is free from the threaded rod.

### Remove the motor mount

Place the motor facing upwards and remove the 4 screws holding the motor mount in place using the T8 Torx screwdriver.

Gently lift the motor mount off of the motor assembly.

### Install the new motor mount

Make sure the new motor mount has the o-ring installed at the base of the shaft.

Gently place the new motor mount onto the motor assembly and tighten the screws down in a criss-cross pattern.

### Attach the dispenser plunger

Holding the actuator onto the threads with one hand, use the other hand to manually rotate the motor in the clockwise direction to fully seat the actuator.
