# 5.2 Updating NOVA to Plan

Plan is available on the latest version of  NOVA's software. To update your NOVA software. Follow the instructions below:

### Step 1:

Connect your NOVA to your computer and the internet.&#x20;

### Step 2:&#x20;

Visit [www.myvoltera.io](http://www.myvoltera.io) and log into your account. The software update will download automatically. Once the update is complete you will be prompted to restart NOVA to complete the installation.

The Plan tile will now appear as a new workflow on your home screen.

Just like that, you’re ready to start using the Plan feature on NOVA!

### Offline users:

Offline use of Plan is not available in this release. An internet connection (Over Wi-Fi or Ethernet) is required. Offline functionality is on our roadmap to be available in a future release.
